CHICAGO - Masuda, Funai, Eifert, & Mitchell, Ltd. represented MC Machinery Systems, Inc. in all legal aspects of an approximately $35 million dollar transaction, including land acquisition, entitlements and construction. The company, a member of the Mitsubishi Group, relocated its North American headquarters from Wood Dale, Illinois to Elk Grove Village, Illinois. A 175,982 square foot corporate headquarters that includes financial services, engineering, research and development, warehousing and product demonstration was constructed on an 11.8 acre site. The Opus Group was the general contractor for the Heitman Architects designed project.
MC Machinery Systems, Inc. was represented by Masuda Funai Principals Keith Groebe, Tim Hammersmith and David Alexander, all of whom have extensive experience representing foreign and domestic companies in commercial real estate transactions.
