CHICAGO - Masuda, Funai, Eifert, & Mitchell, Ltd. is representing Sodick, Inc. in a build-to-suit transaction for a new distribution hub in Schaumburg, Illinois. The 40,000 square-foot modern office, engineering operations, product demonstration and warehouse facility will be developed by Northern Builders. Sodick, Inc. is a manufacturer of EDM machines and linear motor driven EDMs.
Sodick, Inc. is represented by Masuda Funai Principal, Tim Hammersmith, who has extensive experience representing foreign and domestic companies in commercial real estate transactions.
