Maeko Kobayashi-Kramer is a bilingual immigration paralegal with more than 22 years of experience. She focuses on delivering clear, efficient, and culturally informed service to clients. Fluent in Japanese and English, Maeko plays a key role in bridging communication between attorneys and Japanese corporate clients.
Maeko assists with a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including the preparation of H-1B, L-1, E, TN, and O-1 visa petitions, as well as PERM labor certifications, immigrant petitions, and Adjustment of Status applications. She is also experienced in preparing responses to Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny.
