Yoshiko’s experience includes preparing and filing petitions and applications for E visas, L-1s, Blanket Ls, H-1Bs, TNs, O-1s, and I-140 immigrant petitions. She also supports Adjustment of Status applications, EADs, Advance Parole, Reentry Permits and green card renewals.
Yoshiko holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Studies from Davenport University, where she graduated with high honors. Before entering the legal industry, she worked in the hospitality industry in Tokyo and Hong Kong, as well as in sales and operations roles in the telecommunications and information technology fields. Those experiences strengthened her problem-solving skills and her ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
