The Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law is a non-profit membership association that brings together law firms, government and companies of all sizes. The Coalition was founded in Chicago in 2008, and today has chapters in New York and Washington, DC. Currently, more than 120 law firms and companies are members of the Coalition, stretching the reach of the Coalition to thousands of women attorneys in its member organizations.
