Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell, Ltd. welcomes Hatoka Tsukamoto as a Visiting Foreign Attorney in its Chicago office. Hatoka comes to Masuda Funai from the law firm of Kioizaka Themis Law Firm in Tokyo, Japan. She was registered with the Daini Tokyo Bar Association until June 2022 when she came to the U.S. She further strengthens Masuda Funai’s Japanese services team and brings to the Firm strong legal expertise in corporate transactions, commercial litigation, and general corporate matters.
Hatoka received an LL.M. from the University of Virginia School of Law. She holds a J.D. from Osaka University Law School. Proficient in both Japanese and English, Hatoka embodies versatile legal skills and a global perspective.
