With more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate law, Frank brings a dynamic and creative approach to structuring and closing complex transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, commercial, hospitality, senior housing, medical office, student housing, and mixed-use developments.

Frank’s national practice spans clients from startups to institutional investors and Fortune 100 corporations. He advises on real estate securities offerings—including DST and TIC syndications—as well as purchase and sale transactions, leasing, and diverse financing structures such as securitized, mezzanine, bridge, and construction loans. He also counsels on joint ventures, development projects, and real estate bankruptcy matters.

Committed to community service, Frank actively handles pro bono work, representing nonprofit and public-interest organizations in a variety of real estate matters.
