Artificial intelligence is changing human resource functions. Illinois enacted the Artificial Intelligence Video Interview Act. That legislation amounts to a clear warning and increases risks. What are the other uses of artificial intelligence and what are the legal implications and risks? In addition to artificial intelligence, changes are on the horizon in both Washington and Illinois. These changes impact the laws and regulations relating to discrimination, employees’ protected activities, union organizing, health and safety, and wages. This program will focus on preparing companies to meet the coming challenges in 2022 and beyond.
