Ms. Watson's admission ceremony was held on July 7, 2020 by the State of New York, Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department. Ms. Watson's membership in the State Bar of New York is effective as of July 7, 2020.
Ms. Watson's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, private placements and investments, joint ventures, general corporate and shareholder issues, executive compensation and employee benefits matters. She is also admitted to practice in Illinois and Michigan.
