Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell Ltd. hosted the Northern Ireland Delegation on April 16, 2018 as part of its ABC Mission visit to Chicago, IL. Colin Hara, Thomas McMenamin, Kathleen Gaber, Reinhold Krammer, Frank Del Barto and Timothy Hammersmith presented on the topic of “Entering the U.S. Market: Legal Issues,” including detailed information on corporate issues, tax matters, real estate, immigration, general employment matters, sales documentation and other commercial matters, as well as trademarks and intellectual property protection.
Attendees included executives from OCO Global, White’s Oats, Evron Foods, BNL Productions, Harnett’s Oils, Mackle Pet Foods, Long Meadow Cider, Northway Mushrooms, New Found Joy, Gekko Shot, Wotzinurfood, Grahams Bakery and Powertech Refrigeration.
